Due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs on goods from Europe (including the current global tariff environment and related trade policies), our primary shipping provider has unfortunately suspended deliveries to the United States. This means standard, reliable shipping to U.S. addresses is no longer available through our usual channels.
We have explored alternative options, such as shipping via FedEx, which remains possible. However, this comes with significantly higher costs—shipping fees are more than double our previous rates—and, upon arrival, U.S. customers would also be responsible for paying an additional 20% tariff (or the applicable import duty rate) directly to U.S. Customs. These combined extra expenses make the process much less practical and affordable for everyone involved.
After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily remove the ability to ship to the United States from our webshop. This means U.S. shipping addresses are currently not selectable at checkout, and purchases with U.S. delivery details won’t be possible until the situation improves.
We sincerely hope this trade landscape becomes more favorable soon, allowing us to resume affordable and smooth deliveries to our U.S. friends and fellow music enthusiasts. Your shaman drums and instruments hold deep meaning for many, and we’re eager to make them available to you again without these barriers.
